Training at home and while traveling

Business trips, longer stays abroad, vacations: interruptions are the single most common reason training routines fade out. A clear minimum program keeps the foundation intact.

A minimum program is a reduced training plan that covers the most important movement patterns in a short time and without equipment, preserving strength and habit through phases without regular training.

The 20-minute minimum program

  • Squat or lunge – 3 sets
  • Push-up in a suitable variation – 3 sets
  • Single-leg hip bridge – 3 sets per side
  • Row with a band or a towel around a door handle – 3 sets
  • Plank or side plank – 3 sets

Planning realistically

Two short sessions a week can help maintain most of your strength while traveling. A consistent time slot matters more than a perfect workout.

A resistance band weighs a few ounces and widens your exercise options dramatically – it belongs in any suitcase where training is part of the plan.

For longer stays abroad

People who live abroad permanently or seasonally often have no access to therapeutic guidance in their own language. Structured online programs are a sensible addition here, though they do not replace an examination when symptoms are acute.

Frequently asked questions

  • Every session is provided by the practice owner—never a rotating team of therapists
  • Session length is based on your clinical needs rather than a rigid schedule
  • Private practice for privately insured and self-pay patients—no prescription required
