What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a private prescription or relevant medical records if you have them, along with comfortable clothing. A prescription is not required—you may book any service as a self-paying patient.

Do you bill German statutory health insurance?

No. We are a private practice for privately insured and self-pay patients. If you have statutory insurance, you are welcome to receive treatment as a self-pay patient and will receive a private invoice. Certified prevention courses are the exception and may qualify for reimbursement.

How long does a treatment session last?

Depending on the service, sessions last between 20 and 60 minutes. We intentionally allow extra time for your medical history during the initial consultation.

Yes. Send your request through our appointment form, and you will usually receive a specific appointment option within one business day.

Yes. Free parking is available directly outside the practice.
